The lettings market has picked up considerably since the spring when lockdown brought everything to a grinding halt. Now, if you're looking for fantastic rental properties in areas such as Hackney, Shoreditch and Islington there is a lot on offer. From family homes that have their own outside space to gorgeous Alats with terraces close to parks and green amenities there's a lot out there. And there are property if you're looking to let it out. Zoopla. Founded in 2008 this site provides a wealth of information to users about lettings and sales available within a desired area. We like it because it uses a wide range of data to create a picture of the UK rental market so you can stay on top of what's happening across the country as well as when it comes to your own listings. Importantly, Zoopla has a huge audience and is very easy to use. So, it's a great option if you're keen to rent your property out and looking to make sure that it is seen by as many potential tenants as possible. You can also use Zoopla for sales.

Rightmove. Another very well known name in the market for property listings, Rightmove is a go to for anyone who is keen to Aind a new property to rent (or buy or sell) anywhere in the UK. It has a useful blog as well as lots of data that can help to make the experience of letting a property a smoother one. We like Rightmove because it's easy to use and there is plenty of scope for making your listing stand out so that it gets as much attention as possible. The 'Inspire' section also provides some useful advice, whether you're a buyer, seller, renter or landlord.

Rentify. This site is designed to connect landlords directly with tenants and provides a Aixed yield, which can be useful where the Ainancial side is concerned. The site is a great option if you know that you just want to get on and rent your property out and you don't need support with the process, with handling tenant demands or requests or vetting tenants to ensure that they'll be a safe bet.

Prime Location. Another listings site with a broad audience, Prime Location is focused on the middle and upper tiers of the property market, both sales and lettings. It's a very popular choice for both UK and overseas lettings and sales.

Now is a great time to rent out a property and these sites provide a fantastic forum for reaching tenants.
